Compensation for faculty teaching a course during the Winter Session will be paid using Article 27 of the CBA. Compensation for non-teaching faculty working during the winter session will be paid using Article 22 of the CBA.
This Side Letter Agreement is without precedent or prejudice to the rights of any of the parties.
