Higher Education Act Disclosures

On July 31, 2008, Congress completed reauthorization of the Higher Education Act (HEA) by passing the Higher Education Opportunity Act. The President signed the bill into law on August 14, 2008. This page has been created to fulfill IUP’s compliance with the disclosure requirements to provide specified information to all students, parents, counselors, researchers, and legislators to make informed decisions about postsecondary education at IUP.
