Classroom Reservation Form

Please fill out the form below to reserve a library classroom.

Library classrooms may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by availability. Please note that the availability of classrooms is very limited during the first six weeks of each semester.

Requestors will receive an e-mail message with a determination regarding their request. No request is to be assumed without e-mail confirmation.

Requests for classrooms 101 and 210 may be made by faculty, instructors, and teaching assistants only. Stabley Room 203 (seating capacity 10) may be reserved by students for group viewing of media.

Stapleton Library Regular Hours

Sunday: 1:00 p.m.–12:45 a.m.
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 a.m.–12:45 a.m.
Friday: 7:45 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
