Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining
Reservations are closed for summer and will be opened back up at Fall opening. There are a limited number of spaces available during summer. Please see the Summer reservation page for details.
Use this form to request the use of reservable space in the Suites on Maple East and Ruddock Hall.
If you are a faculty member or full-time staff member, your I-card should be programmed for the electronic lock in all Living-Learning spaces in all buildings.
In order to allow the best opportunity for a variety of events and organizations to utilize these spaces, reservations will be confirmed for no more than two consecutive weeks. Requests can be resubmitted periodically in order to seek ongoing access to space.
