The IUP Libraries reserves the right to refuse the use of tables based on the criteria outlined in the University Civility Code. Tables are to be used solely by persons representing University related groups or events. For-profit retail sales and/or the use of any materials that might pose a safety hazard are strictly forbidden. Tables must remain on the first floor of the library. Do not affix banners and/or fliers to the walls in the library. Upon completion of this form, you will receive a confirmation that your request has been sent. An IUP Libraries representative will contact you via email within 48 hours to notify you of the status of your request. We reserve the right to refuse a request.
