Crimson Event Center Reservation Form

At this time plans are underway for the renovation of Folger Hall. Due to the upcoming construction, the Crimson Event Center will not be available for activities after May 11, 2014.

Please complete this entire form to make your reservation for the Crimson Event Center.

All reservation requests must be submitted 72 hours prior to event date. Request submission does not guarantee your reservation; you will be sent confirmation notification.

Catering Information
Are you requesting catering from ARA?
Are you picking up your food from ARA?

Food needs must be arranged with Aramark (724-357-5709) you are not permitted to bring your own food. Campus departments must also submit a Food/Alcohol Refreshment Request (FARR) to Accounts Payable.

For, “non-catered events”, (those that do not include delivery, set-up or service food by Aramark) the University client will be responsible for event related costs incurred by the IUP facilities Dept.

In addition, if any damages occur that are incidental to your event, your organization or department will be responsible for payment.

Note: The A/V cabinet key must be obtained from Conference Services prior to event.


Please Note:

  1. Computers are not provided, however; there are lap-top cables located on each podium.
  2. The large podium belongs on the large side of the Crimson Event Center, and the smaller one belongs on the small side. If you need to move the podiums they must be placed back to their proper side at the end of your event. This is very important for the equipment to work properly.
  3. Conference Services does not provide Technical Support; if you need assistance, please contact your Department IT person.
