The financial manager on the cost center (existing phone) or the VP of division (new line of service) must send a follow up email to wirelessphone-request@iup.edu.

I understand my request must be approved by the financial manager on the cost center (existing phone) or the VP of my division (new line of service) before my request can be processed by Financial Operations.
