Use the below form to request reservations of space in housing buildings this summer.
Housing reserves the right to refuse any request. Before filling out this form, make sure you have read our policy on the use and scheduling of public space.
There are two rooms available for summer. They are the multipurpose rooms in Ruddock Hall G12 and Wallwork Hall G98 (available after July 20). These rooms have a multimedia podium and projector. They also each have enough seating for at least 40 people. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
If you are a faculty member or full-time staff member, your I-card should be programmed for the electronic lock in all Living-Learning spaces in this building and also allow you access to the front entrances of the buildings. If you have any special building access needs (such as doors unlocked or unarmed) specify in Additional Information.
