How Parents and Family Members Register for Orientation

  • Parent and Family Member Orientation Registration

    The student must be registered first!

  • Enroll for Parent and Family Orientation by following the below instructions.

    During this process you will enroll and pay for Orientation. Also, if needed and applicable (i.e., summer only) you’ll also enroll and pay for overnight housing.

    Has your son or daughter registered yet?

    If not, you’ll need to register him or her first. You may only register for Parent and Family Orientation after your son or daughter has registered for Student Orientation. Once that is complete, you can register yourself/family members by following these steps:

    1. Click the Register for Parent/Family Orientation button (top right).
    2. Enter your student’s last name and ID number (the number is on your Orientation letter).
    3. Select the number of family members you will be registering (not including your student).
    4. Click Submit.
    5. Complete the form that appears after you have submitted, making sure to thoroughly complete sections marked with an asterisk*.

    Summer Orientation Registrants Only

    If you are requesting optional on-campus housing, select the number of family members needing housing the night of and/or the night before orientation. (Note: The on-campus housing fee is an additional $35 per person per night. All guests must provide their own linens.)

    After clicking Register and Pay, you will be directed to the payment screens. Please review your information for accuracy. A grand total of housing and registration fees will be displayed for payment.

    Payment Types Accepted

    We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, and Web check. You will be able to review your payment once more and then print a receipt for your records. As well, an e-mail receipt will be sent to the e-mail address entered on the billing screen.
