The Master of Business Administration, Executive Track program is designed to prepare you and other working professionals for upper-level management positions, while continuing your full-time employment.
The program emphasis on strategic decision making in a changing global environment is designed to enhance your managerial, analytical, and decision-making skills. Join a diverse network of students from various educational and professional backgrounds, including engineering, liberal arts, business, medicine, finance, education, health care, law, and social sciences.

Program Format
Students are expected to complete the program in two years by taking two courses (six credits total) per semester, including the Fall, Spring, and Summer terms.
Courses will be taught in a hybrid format, meaning 50 percent of a course will be offered via face-to-face instruction and 50 percent of a course will be offered via online instruction. The cohort will meet face-to-face only one night per week throughout the program.

- $429.00 per credit
- $3,346.28 per semester, including tuition and fees
(Based upon 2012–2013 rates for Pennsylvania resident)
Admissions Requirements
Completed bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 2.6 (or 2.4 if a degree was earned greater than five years ago); currently a full-time working professional with four or more years work experience; must have completed basic prerequisite undergraduate level courses in statistics, financial accounting, microeconomics, and finance (or pass online proficiency modules offered by IUP) before starting the MBA course work in January 2014.
