Dr. Yong S. Colen, of the Mathematics Department, facilitated a workshop titled “Base Ten Understanding: Teaching Addition and Subtraction through a Problem-Solving Context.”
The workshop took place on August 30, 2010, at the Archdiocese of New York Summer Symposium.
