The mandatory meeting for all new majors in the Mathematics Department (Applied Mathematics, Economics/Mathematics, Mathematics, Mathematics Educatiion) will take place on Thursday, September 2, 2010, from 3:30 to 4:45 in rooms Stright 226/229.
Come meet your department chairperson, your adviser, and other faculty members; learn about resources in the Mathematics Department; and meet other new students.
In additiion, for Secondary Mathematics Education majors, there is a mandatory Teacher Education Meeting on Sunday, August 29, at 1:30 p.m. in Stouffer Hall, Beard Auditorium.
