IUP is in the process of installing an Emergency Outdoor Public Address System on campus.
This system will be tested on Thursday, August 26 and Friday, August 27, 2010. While testing is conducted you will hear a loud sound projected across campus. Please do not be alarmed when you hear this. It is only a test.
