Eight students participated in a project management training program sponsored by the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology during the week of May 17 through May 21, 2010.
The training program concentrated on mastering the five process groups, nine knowledge areas, and forty-two processes which form the core of project management education. The program was based mainly on the Project Management Body of Knowlege, fourth edition, prescribed by the Project Management Institute, which has nearly 400,000 professional members worldwide.
All students received a certificate of completion from the training organization, Leavant Technologies.
