Lisa Hammett Price and Cynthia McCormick Richburg, both associate professors in the Department of Special Education and Clinical Services, provided a short course at the Pennsylvania Speech-Language-Hearing Association 2010 convention in State College.
In their presentation, “Management Strategies Following a Diagnosis of Central Auditory Processing Disorder,” they provided practical methods for dealing with (C)APD in the classroom and home settings, and strategies for remediating the symptoms in speech-language therapy.
