Dr. Kelly Heider, IUP’s education librarian, presented a poster titled “Wild about Books: University/Preschool Collaboration for Early Childhood Teacher Education” at the Association for Childhood Education International Conference in Phoenix.
The conference was held from April 28 through May 1, 2010, and featured hundreds of educators from around the world sharing their work in more than two hundred workshops, research sessions, and presentations. The theme for this year’s conference was “Brighter Futures for Children: Strengthening School, Family, and Community Connections.”
