Dr. Mary Lou Metz, a faculty member in the Mathematics Department, presented a talk entitled “Using Misconceptions and Student Thinking to Deepen Teachers’ Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching” at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics annual conference in San Diego on April 23, 2010.
