The Department of Art will open its 2010 B.F.A. Exhibition on Thursday April 22, 2010, with a reception from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
The exhibit and reception will be held in Kipp Gallery, on the first floor of Sprowls Hall at the corner of Grant and Eleventh streets.
Works will be shown by thirteen students graduating from the Art Department’s Bachelor of Fine Arts program.
In addition to Kipp Gallery, works will be exhibited in the new Gallery C, adjacent to Kipp. On exhibit will be works in painting, drawing, sculpture, print media, and video. The exhibit will run from April 22 to May 7. Gallery hours are noon to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday–Friday, and admission to the exhibit and reception are free.
