The Future Educators of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students recently held two fundraisers.
The group sold cookies and hot chocolate to raise money to support the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf and the DePaul School for Hearing and Speech in Pittsburgh, and they sold T-shirts to benefit the Ngala School for the Deaf in Kenya, their new international partnership. T-shirts will be on-sale at the Sign In (a sign language performance group) performance in April, and donations are always welcome.
The Future Educators of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students is the student organization for the Education of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing program in the Department of Special Education and Clinical Services.
