Public Service Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities

The Washington Center (TWC) is pleased to announce an increase in scholarships for participants in the Summer 2010 Public Service Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities in Washington, D.C. The TWC will provide full TWC housing scholarships for selected students with disabilities in the amount of $3,540 this summer.

If selected for, students may also combined these scholarships with additional aid received toward the program fee from any of several sources, including their institutions, states, or internship sites. More information about the Public Service Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities.

Funded by the AT&T Foundation and HSC Foundation, the TWC awards typically provide $2,500 to competitively selected students who self-identify as having a disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Priority consideration is give to undergraduate students; however, postgraduate program applicants may be considered.
