Department of Economics faculty members Dr. Jack Julian and Dr. David Yerger, along with former student Ms. C. Elizabeth Hall (Duke Law School), had their article “Estimating Core Unemployable And Workforce Non-Participants: A Study of Pennsylvania’s Labor Force” published in the February 2010 issue of the Journal of Business and Economics Research.
The JBER is a double-blind peer reviewed journal with an 11 to 20 percent acceptance rate.
