IUP’s College of Education and Educational Technology is offering four one-week, on-campus workshops and two on-line courses for teachers during the 2010 Summer Sessions.
Dr. Keith Dils, associate dean for Teacher Education, said the workshops are designed by experienced teacher educators and are intended to “provide a convenient, high-quality experience relevant to practicing teachers.”
These courses have been developed by College of Education and Educational Technology faculty members who have been successful practitioners and are experts in their respective fields.
According to Dr. Dils, the courses “promise to deliver classroom-ready techniques to improve teacher’s performance and student outcomes.”
These workshops/courses are offered for graduate credit and are applicable for ACT 48.
