Culinary Arts Graduate Critchfield the Subject of Magazine Web Exclusive

Jeremy Critchfield

When Jeremy Critchfield was a student in the Academy of Culinary Arts in Punxsutawney, he had no idea he would go on to become executive chef at Nemacolin Woodlands, a Western Pennsylvania resort known for entertaining the rich and famous.

Critchfield discusses his work at Nemacolin, motivation, side projects, and aspirations in this month’s IUP Magazine Web Exclusive, “Staying Hungry.”

The exclusive features Critchfield in a video, photographs, and a question-and-answer session.
