The undergraduate ceremony was held at Memorial Field House, and the ceremony for graduate students at Fisher Auditorium, IUP Performing Arts Center.
Keynote speaker was Pennsylvania Secretary of Education Gerald Zahorchak, an IUP graduate. Zahorchak was also presented with an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
