Shari Robertson, a professor of speech-language pathology in the Special Education and Clinical Services Department, recently presented three talks at the 2009 American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Convention in New Orleans, La.
Robertson was part of a panel of five speakers who provided information about survival strategies in these times of budget shortfalls in a session entitled “Schools Forum 2009: Exploring Collaborative Solutions for School-Based Practice.” Robertson’s portion was entitled “Managing Time and Stress in an Uncertain Economy.”
She also presented a two-hour seminar entitled “Leading Your Business to Success: High Performance Strategies for Leaders” and a co-authored poster, “Convergence & Divergence Trends of the Western Pennsylvania Dialect,” with SLP undergraduate student Brianna Robertson.
