Rho Sigma Kappa Induction

On Sunday, December 6, 2009, twenty-two undergraduate and fifteen graduate students were inducted into the Safety Sciences honor society, Rho Sigma Kappa (RSK). The event was held in the Susquehanna Room of the HUB and was attended by inductees and their families. Mr. Eric Nelson was the guest speaker.

Eligibility for RSK requires an undergraduate student to be enrolled in the Safety Sciences curriculum, to have completed 57 semester hours of which 15 must be Safety Sciences credit hours, and to have a minimum 3.0 GPA overall and a minimum 3.2 Safety Sciences GPA. Selection is based on academic achievement, leadership, character, and professional involvement. Graduate members must be enrolled in the Safety Sciences curriculum, have completed 12 semester hours, and have a minimum 3.5 GPA.

Congratulations to all the inductees!
