Beginning on October 31, 2009, the IUP Marching Band will have completed its practice sessions for the year. As a result, the parking restrictions in the R&P Band Parking Lot will no longer be enforced.
Those who have a faculty, staff, or commuter parking permit may park in this parking lot at any time.
