Task force members are distributing materials for IUP’s 2009 campaign for the State Employee Combined Appeal.
SECA makes it possible for faculty and staff members, along with other commonwealth employees, to make charitable gifts through payroll deduction or outright donations. The giving can be on the local level and/or the global level.
This year, the Resource Guide with a complete list of charities is on line at the state SECA site. Also on the Web is information tailored to IUP donors. Questions will also be answered by any member of the IUP Task Force: Mark Geletka, Bobbie Douglass, Erin Fritz, Karen Gresh, Barbe Moore, Sam Phillips, Patti Simmons, and Ramesh Soni.
A Black and Gold luncheon to benefit SECA will feature Pittsburgh-style food, great prizes, and a visit from IUP alumnus and Steelers marketing representative John Simpson ’79.
