IT Services is planning a major upgrade of the Banner and URSA environments, tentatively scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2009. Because of the upgrade, Student Time Entry and Supervisor Approvals have been moved up.
Please share this information with your students. It is your responsibility to keep your students updated on any changes that could affect them receiving their pay on time.
All student employee hours must be entered in the Banner system by midnight on Thursday, October 8, 2009.
Supervisors must approve their student’s hours worked by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 9, 2009.
Please allow students to estimate hours worked for Friday, October 9, 2009.
Student hours not entered and approved by the above times and date will not be paid on the pay date of October 23, 2009. The hours will be paid on November 6, 2009.
