Cynthia McCormick Richburg, associate professor of audiology in the Department of Special Education, has been appointed to the American Academy of Audiology's Auditory Integration Therapy (AIT) Task Force.
This task force is charged with reviewing available research evidence, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the methods and credibility of the findings, and updating the 1993 position statement to guide clinical practices in the field.
