The program will cover:
- Purpose and importance of accurate job classification
- Three job evaluation methods used at IUP
- Roles of employees, supervisors, managers, and Human Resources in the position review process
- How to request a position review
- What to expect in the course of the position review process,
- What items should be considered by managers whenever new work is assigned to an employee or a work unit
Time will be allowed for Q&A.
