David Stein, professor in the Department of Special Education and director of the Speech-Language Pathology program, recently gave a presentation at Latrobe Hospital’s Excela Health Neuroscience Center.
He co-presented with Erin Keller, a current graduate student in Speech-Language Pathology. The title of their talk was “Rehabilitation: Aphasia, Apraxia of Speech, Dysarthria, and Dysphagia.” They presented information on cutting-edge therapeutic techniques for speech-language pathologists in the neurorehabilitation unit.
