The IUP Libraries will host a presentation by Dr. Irwin Marcus titled “A Brief Review of the Intellectual Fredoom Issue.” Dr. Marcus’ presentation is part of the IUP Libraries’ recognition of Banned Books Week: Celebrating the Freedom to Read, which takes place this year from September 26 to October 3.
The presentation will take place from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2009, in Room 210 of Stapleton/Stabley Library. Please join us for the discussion of this very important topic. The presentation is open to the public.
