Welcome Picnic Held for Criminology Department Freshmen

The Department of Criminology recently held a "Welcome Picnic" for incoming freshmen in  Fall 2009. Students stopped by the Oak Grove area in front of Wilson Hall to meet many of their professors and enjoy a picnic lunch.

Dr. Erika Frenzel, Advising Center coordinator, welcomed and encouraged the students to stop by the Advising Center if they have any questions. Seven door prizes were given, included Criminology T-shirts, a backpack, and IUP school supplies. It was a relaxing afternoon and an excellent start to their first semester here at Indiana University of Pennyslvania.
