Dee Klein, professor in the Department of Special Education’s Deaf Education program, was invited to teach a course and provide a Praxis preparation session in summer 2009 at the University of New Orleans for their Deaf Education program.
She is currently retooling UNO’s entire on-line master’s program for deaf education, the only program in deaf education in the state of Louisiana. Klein also continues in her second year as a consultant to the Louisiana Low-Incidence Disabilities Consortium.
