The School of Graduate Studies and Research is pleased to announce that Ms. Lynn Barger, acting vice president for University Relations and acting executive director of the Foundation for IUP, and Mr. Robert Marx, special assistant to the vice president for Administration and Finance, received an external award from the Commonwealth Financing Authority in the amount of $2,126,580 for the project “Flood Control for the IUP Kovalchick Complex Site.”
