Dr. Parveen Ali of the Department of Developmental Studies published a research article, “Job Satisfaction Characteristics of Higher Education Faculty by Race,” in 2009 in the Journal of Educational Research and Review, a referred journal.
Dr. Ali also presented a research paper, “Research Productivity Trends of Women Faculty in U.S. Institutions,” at the Ninth International Conference on Diversity in Riga, Latvia, on June 16–19, 2009. Her research paper was also accepted for publication in the International Journal of Diversity in Organizations, Communities, and Nations, a referred journal.
