The IUP Office of International Education congratulates IUP student Daniel Spratt, who has been awarded the Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship. Dan will be studying in Shanghai, China, on an IUP reciprocal exchange for the 2009–2010 academic year.
During the Fall 2009 application cycle, the Gilman Scholarship Program received 1,927 applications for 850 possible awards.
