Dr. Holley Belch of the Department of Student Affairs in Higher Education is the lead author of a coauthored article titled “Cultures of Success: Recruiting and Retaining New Live-in Residence Life Professionals,” appearing in the most recent issue of The College Student Affairs Journal.
This qualitative study examined the role of organizational culture on the success of recruitment and retention practices of professional staff in college and university residence life departments.
