The NSM College Help Desk has a new look and feel. 

During the week ending Friday, April 13, 2007, the College help desk received improvements in functionality as well as appearance.

The office was redesigned with the idea of a futuristic look from the television show Star Trek Enterprise. Colors of silver, grey, black, and a main glass desk bring everything together as the “floating” LCD screens in the main work area provide functionality for the college staff and student technicians.

Laptop computers are mounted to the walls at the main welcome desk near the entrance as well as in the work area to create extra work space for technicians to research problems and to download programs and drivers while working on troublesome computers.
