Dr. Parveen Ali, Department of Developmental Studies, presented the research paper “Gender Disparity in Demographic, Employment, and Institutional Characteristics in Asian/Pacific Islander Postsecondary Faculty: Evidence from NSOPF: 04” at the New England Educational Research Organization in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, May 6–8, 2009.
Ali also attended the International Center for Supplemental Instruction Workshops at Kansas City, Missouri, on May 17–19, 2009, and received the Certificate for Supplemental Instruction Supervisor.
