Jason Worzbyt, associate professor of Music in the IUP Department of Music, will conduct the PMEA All-State Orchestra to be held at Norristown High School on Saturday, April 25, 2009.
This concert is being produced in conjunction with the annual PMEA Inservice Conference, held this year at the Valley Forge Convention Center. The program will include “Fall Fair” by Godfrey Ridout, “El Salon Mexico” by Aaron Copland, and the “Polovistian Dances by Borodin.” Rehearsals will be at the Upper Merion High School on Thursday and Friday.
