The Summer Honors Program for High School Students presents an opportunity for intensive academic exploration and a glimpse of college life. This year's program takes place July 12–25, 2009.
The program provides a sample of what it’s like to live and learn on a college campus. Counselors-in-residence make living in a single-gender wing of Whitmyre Hall a fun, but safe experience. Participants will live and learn with a community of scholars and will experience college social life in a variety of evening activities.
Students can count on classes to be dynamic and interactive. Experienced full-time IUP professors guide explorations and help students get a sense of what college will be like.
