As part of the Research Appreciation Week activities held between April 13 and 17, the School of Graduate Studies and Research will be sponsoring a Grant Writing Workshop. The workshop is open to all graduate students and faculty members interested in grant writing.
Topics to be discussed at the workshop include:
- The components of a successful grant proposal
- The different kinds of research grant proposals
- Places to find grant opportunities
- The grant proposal reviewing process
- Advice for junior investigators
All graduate students and faculty are welcome to attend. You must register to attend by e-mailing your name, department, and status (student or faculty) to Jean Serio at jserio@iup.edu.
Please register early, as seating will be limited.
