New Advertising Purchasing Procedures in Place

With the retirement of our advertising coordinator, Jerri Cochran, the process for purchasing advertising has shifted from the Communications Office to Purchasing/Procurement Services.

To place ads of any kind—including advertisements for positions, legal notices, radio advertising, and display advertising—members of the campus community should now enter a requisition into the purchasing system. Purchasing Office personnel will initiate any creative services necessary with the Communications Office or seek approval on university identity.

Questions regarding creative services that support advertising purchases are being fielded by Regan Houser (rphouser@iup.edu) in Communications.
