Dr. Carl Rahkonen, librarian for the Orendorff Music Library, presented “The Baltic Psalteries: Bibliographical Problems and Desiderata Revisited” at the sixth International Baltic Psaltery Conference in Kaustinen, Finland, on November 3, 2008. His presentation was funded in part by a USRC grant.
