Dr. Carmy Carranza was invited to present the keynote address at the PADE Northeast Regional Conference hosted by Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania on November 21, 2008. Dr. Carranza’s topic was “Centralized vs. Decentralized Developmental Education Programs: Which is More Effective?”
