Yong Colen and two Korean Student Association students participated in a volunteer worktrip to New Orleans (called NOLA V), spending five days last Spring to help rebuild two homes.
This past summer and fall, Colen provided a workshop, “Enhancing Instruction in Mathematics: Numbers and Numeration,” to two hundred Atlanta public school teachers.
