Fall 2008 Free Flu Shots

Students Flu Vaccination Clinics

Influenza (flu) vaccines will be available free to students starting October 20.

Monday, October 20

9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
IUP Center for Health and Well-Being, Suites on Maple East, Multipurpose Room

Friday, October 31

9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
IUP Center for Health and Well-Being, Suites on Maple East Multipurpose room.

Students are encouraged to attend the clinics in order to get their free flu shot. No appointment is necessary. Students must present IUP photo I-card.

If you are unable to attend either of these staff and faculty clinics, you will need to contact the Department of Health local office after November 5 at 724-357-2995 to arrange a time to receive your flu vaccine.

Preregistration for staff and faculty was required through the IUP Human Resources Department benefits office. If you registered for a free flu vaccine, you should have received an e-mail from the Department of Health with a link to obtain your Commonwealth Employee Adult Influenza Vaccine Record form. You will need to print this form and take it with you when you go to receive your vaccine.
