Chefs Kapusta and Pike Have Full-day Presentations at Workshop on Nutrition

Chefs John Kapusta and Lynn Pike presented for a full day at the Family and Consumer Science Professional Development Workshop on Nutrition, held on IUP’s main campus and sponsored by the IUP Center for Career and Technical Personnel Preparation and the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Career and Technical Preparation. Their presentations, “The Perfect Pie” and “Healthy Marinating and Grilling Options,” were attended by Family and Consumer Science teachers from around the state.
